The former Governor started the newsletter by talking about how breakfast was the first meal of the day and what a person ate for the first meal to “set you up for success the rest of the day.” The bodybuilding legend showed substantial research evidence to prove that adding protein to breakfast can cause a domino effect.

The Austrian Oak has previously spoken about incorporating protein into the daily diet and even used a popular meme from the Simpsons family stating that protein is only for bodybuilders. The Austrian Oak went on to say that if people were looking for a way to add protein to their breakfast, numerous options were both affordable and available. He also spoke of Magic Spoon, which “recreates your favorite childhood flavors with less sugar and 13 grams of protein per serving.” He is always encouraging people to add more protein to their diet and also breaks the myth that this ingredient is only important for bodybuilders.

Under the same story, the legendary bodybuilder directed his audience to a link for his newsletter, where he explained the importance of incorporating protein into his daily diet. In the second story, the Hollywood star used a popular name from The Simpsons, where he broke the myth and gave people a reality check. He captioned the story, saying, “Say it, Bart!
