Ace Steel, CM Punk’s old friend and teacher, was one of the officials who had to sign an NDA after the fight was over. During a recent interview with John Poz on Two Man Power Trip, Ace Steel affirmed that he is pleased to be working as a producer for TNA Wrestling. He said, “Working with TNA as a producer at the moment. Loving that, loving the atmosphere there. Just a great backstage feel.”

Ace Steel had also worked as a director for AEW and as a coach at the WWE Performance Center. Now TNA has brought Steel to its biggest show of the year, Bound for Glory 2023. It happened because fans might have thought that CM Punk, who was a free agent at the time, would show up. Nonetheless, he is happy with his job at TNA Wrestling, though, and that’s all that counts to him.
