Everyone has an opinion on Horner’s controversy but it’s divided. The majority hold a neutral stance on the sensitive subject. However, former racer Giedo van der Garde believes the oldest manager on the grid will continue his tenure. He expressed this opinion even before the Friday investigation.
The former Caterham F1 Team driver said, “I don’t see a suspension happening very quickly, but it is of course a stain on his name. The team is now putting the finishing touches on it, but I don’t think Horner has to play a very big role in that.”
