After making a brief comeback earlier this year, Rafael Nadal suffered another injury setback, that resulted in him missing out on some important tournaments. However, Nadal is striving hard to make a comeback as soon as possible. Interestingly, when Nadal returns to the court, it might be in ‘red’.

Hours ago, glimpses of the Spaniard’s new Nike outfit began circulating on social media. Nadal is on the path to recovery and is believed to return to action soon. One of the Instagram posts showed his complete outfit for his next tournaments. If Nadal returns to action at the Indian Wells and the Miami Masters, he will don a red outfit.
The picture posted on Instagram showed a red T-shirt with faint purple color shorts with hints of siren red incorporated in the Nike logo on the left and his bull logo on the right. Additionally, the shoe will be black-themed with the iconic swoosh and red soles It will also have the word ‘Rafa’ written in red. The customized outfit for Nadal looked amazing and fans will hope to see Nadal back in action in the United States wearing this attire.

After sustaining a muscle tear during the Brisbane International quarterfinal match, Rafael Nadal pulled out of the 2024 Australian Open. He was then slated for a return to the ATP 250 Qatar Open but pulled out and said he wasn’t “ready to compete.” He set his sights on a return to the Indian Wells on March 6-17.
Nadal last played at the Indian Wells Masters in 2022 when he reached the finals there. However, he hasn’t played at the Miami Masters since 2018. Of late, Nadal has been quite vocal about his return and retirement from tennis. Recently, he made a shocking revelation about calling time on his illustrious career.

Nadal talks about his retirement
With rumors circulating that the upcoming French Open will be his last tournament, Nadal finally put such rumors to rest by giving some clarity on ending his career. With injuries taking a toll on his career lately, Nadal wants to take it step-by-step.
He said, “This is going to be my last year but I don’t confirm it 100%. I will go day by day. I’ll say it before Roland Garros. I give myself a few months of caution. You know that things can happen, so I can’t define things months in advance after a year without competing.”
