The Chicago Bears had a nice finish to their 2023 season. After losing to the Lions in Detroit in Week 11, Chicago won four of its final six games to escape last place in the NFC North with a 7-10 finish. The upward winds have not kept blowing into the offseason. Instead, the drama around quarterback Justin Fields keeps blowing up.

Chicago appears set to select USC QB Caleb Williams with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft, a pick they got in a draft-day trade with Carolina last year. That means the apparent end of the line in Chicago for Fields, the Bears’ starter for most of the last three seasons after being a first-round pick in 2021. And it seems he has already found a new home.

Bo Brack took to X to share an insightful picture. He had put up a screenshot of Fields’ Instagram “Following” list. Guess who the Bears QB is now following? Rondale Moore and Budda Baker. The Cardinals’ star wide receiver and safety respectively. However, it’s interesting because he wasn’t following them until a few days ago.
